Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Mila Bag. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll help you with a return or exchange. Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong colorway, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we'll make it right.
